We process personal data only as needed to operate this website and respond to your enquiries. For audience measurement we use a cookieless analytics tool (Umami, self-hosted). Advertising cookies (Google Ads) are set only with your consent — without consent no such cookies are set and the site works exactly the same. We load no third-party fonts.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA) via its Pages/CDN infrastructure. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested resource, browser type) to deliver content and maintain security. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, efficient operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Any transfer to the USA relies on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
If you contact us via the form or by email, we process the details you provide (e.g. name, company, email address, message) solely to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or (f) (legitimate interest in communication).
Form submissions are processed via Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA) as a processor; the data is transmitted to Formspree, with any US transfer relying on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Your information is used only to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with any other third parties.
For audience measurement we use Umami — a data-minimising analytics tool that we host ourselves on our own server. Umami sets no cookies and builds no cross-device profiles; no personal user profiles are created and no data is shared with third parties. IP addresses are not stored in a personally identifiable way. Because no cookies are set and no information is read from your device, no consent is required; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in privacy-friendly statistics (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; parent company Google LLC, USA) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising (conversion tracking). If you have consented, Google sets cookies or comparable identifiers when you submit our audit/contact form, so that an ad-driven action can be recognised. We receive only aggregated statistics and cannot identify you individually from this.
These cookies are set only with your consent. We use Google Consent Mode v2: without your consent, storage is disabled by default (“denied”) — no advertising cookies are set and no personal advertising data is processed. The cookies are activated only when you click “Accept” in the cookie banner.
The legal basis for storing and reading information on your device is your consent under § 25(1) TDDDG; the legal basis for the subsequent processing of personal data is Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (see section 7).
With consent active, data may be transferred to Google in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses as an additional safeguard. See Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
This site uses only two kinds of client-side storage:
Change or withdraw consent: we ask for your consent via a banner on your first visit. You can reopen your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer and withdraw your consent with effect for the future. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
Fonts are served locally from our own server. There is no connection to third-party servers (in particular, no Google Fonts), and no data is transferred to third parties.
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), to object (Art. 21), and to withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). To exercise them, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.
